Job Responsibilities:
1、Conduct pre-sales customer development, covering import and export logistics businesses including international air freight;
2、Develop overseas agents, foreign trade enterprises and factory clients, and promote the company’s advantageous shipping space and price of international routes. Sales for domestic air & sea freight businesses are also acceptable;
3、Source client resources via company platforms or self-developed channels, and establish business cooperation through emails, social media and other approaches;
4、Maintain daily client relations, explore and follow up diversified logistics demands to achieve sales performance targets;
5、Provide quotation service, conduct business negotiations, customize tailored logistics solutions and complete client file management.

Job Requirements:
1、No academic requirement; practical capability is prioritized;
2、Prior sales experience in freight forwarding industry is required;
3、Passionate about sales work with excellent communication skills and strong work enthusiasm;
4、Candidates with over half a year overseas sales experience in air/sea freight agency business are preferred; capable of developing overseas direct clients and domestic peers is acceptable.

Job Responsibilities
1.Take charge of daily management of the traditional import & export air freight operation team, arrange staff shifts and work assignments, standardize operational procedures, improve overall work efficiency and ensure smooth daily air freight business operation;
2.Fully manage the whole-process operation of general cargo import and export air freight business, including order review, space booking, space confirmation, trucking arrangement, cargo handover, customs declaration & inspection follow-up, flight loading, shipment tracking, bill of lading drafting & issuance and destination port follow-up. Strictly control all operation links to avoid wrong orders, missing orders, shipment delays and cargo loss, and ensure timely and safe cargo delivery;
3.Liaise with cooperative customs brokers and trucking teams to maintain stable partnership. Timely respond to after-sales issues, update cargo transportation status, handle emergencies such as flight delays, space shortage, customs inspection and cargo damage/loss, coordinate all parties to solve problems efficiently and enhance customer satisfaction;
4.Document and financial management: Supervise the team to prepare, check and file air freight documents, customs papers and manifest data to guarantee accuracy, compliance and completeness. Verify operational data, assist the finance department in account reconciliation and cost calculation, and control operational expenses;
5.Be well-versed in relevant policies and regulations of civil aviation and customs concerning air freight. Sort out existing operation workflows, identify operational loopholes and potential risks, formulate and implement optimization plans;
6.Regularly review work issues, sum up practical experience, formulate improvement plans, and continuously upgrade the team’s professional competence and service standard.

Job Requirements
1.College degree or above; majors in Logistics Management, International Trade, Supply Chain or related disciplines are preferred;
2.At least 2 years practical experience in traditional air freight operation plus over 1 year team management experience. Familiar with full import & export air freight procedures and cooperation modes with airports, airlines and customs brokers;
3.Keep updated with the latest customs and civil aviation policies, capable of independently handling all kinds of unexpected air freight emergencies;
4.Possess strong overall planning, team coordination and communication skills, able to work under pressure and adapt to the working pace of logistics industry. Meticulous, highly responsible, with strong risk control awareness and problem-solving capabilities.
